Accommodation prices at the hotel are:

£71.30 (including VAT at 17.5%) |
Meals are available in the restaurant: Buffet Lunch (£8.00), Buffet Dinner (£10.00), or if you like you can ask for a Packed Lunch (£5.00). To all of these, 17.5% Value Added Tax is added.
It should be possible for individuals to stay an extra day before and after the event at the same prices.
Rooms are reserved for us; please book early!
Payment is to the hotel on departure.
