The room charges are a special rate; to obtain them, you must book using one of the following three methods:

• Call the hotel direct (0844 980 2318), quoting “Paul Valois, British Chess Problem Society”.
• Ask the ECSC Organiser (Paul Valois)  to book a room for you. You can contact him using the 'Contact ECSC Organiser' item on the menu on the left.

Once you have booked, please tell the webmaster (via the 'Contact Webmaster' menu item on the left), so that he can add you to the list of participants.

The special rate is NOT available through the hotel's website.
